Tax Credit Deadline Extended

Congress has passed a bill extending the Homebuyer Tax Credit closing deadline to September 30, 2010. The extension applies only to transactions that had ratified contracts in place as of April 30, 2010, and have not yet closed.

Tax Credit the End is Here

Well the tax credit will be over on the 30th. If you are going to buy a house you still have four days to obtain mutual acceptance.
